That 4th goal looked spectacular but on another day it would look like a Dean Marney attempt and finished up in row Z.
No it's called sarcastically pointing out the ignorance of pepple paid to talk about football as supposed experts.
They're almost universally clueless, though I've been surprised with how good Neville has been and I quite like Beagrie, who has been exceptionally complimentary about us on Sky today(I'd post the link, but I'm on an iPad that won't let me do links, so you'll all have to Google it).
Top top goals and goal justified watching that match, still think Hart wasn't that much at fault with the free-kick, possibly a bit unsighted or slow to dive but not the worst I've ever seen. I reckon that over-head one of the best goals of all time, pure brilliance.
That **** thinks standing over a player with a lower leg that can spin round like a propeller taunting him about his career being over is just being "a classic wind up merchant" so I hope Hart does more than that.
So many of these pundits are utter twats just ready to stick the boot in when a player makes a mistake. Was delighted when Torres got top scorer at the Euros after being castigated match after match by the likes of Craig Burley and there are quite a few other similar things over the years
Personally I thought his 2nd goal was better than his 4th... It's not the best time for me to play devil's advocate and I do think it's a good goal but it's not that great. It's quite a bit flukey, it's a bicycle kick hoof that bounces in, not really a clean BK nor strike... It's not the best goal in the world for the same reason those long half way line hoofs that float just over the keeper aren't either ( like beckham v wimbledon, gerrard and xabi alonso in cup) I know I'm gonna sound like sour grapes but not really, I don't really care, it was a friendly and it was entertaining, I just think people are getting carried away. I thought rooney's BK v man city was better and if Rooney had scored it for england and not man u, the whole of the nation would probably agree Also Zlatan is an absolute arrogant **** and really didn't need encouraging
I felt the scoreline was a bit harsh on us though, we had most of the ball for the match. Despite the goal, I thought Caulker aswell as Cahill and Hart were shocking
Here's what Beagrie said about us... I witnessed first-hand at Bristol City what this Hull squad is capable of and they have genuine quality throughout, while I think their results could have been even more flattering had they converted some more of the chances that their attractive approach play has created. They are reasonably solid at the back, have creativity and width in midfield, and options up front and that augurs well. Robert Koren, a little magician with an eye for a killer pass, a dynamite right foot and the ability to find space has been Hull's most important player but much-travelled 23-year-old Sone Aluko has been sensational, whether playing as a tricky, snake-hipped winger or as an auxiliary striker, and has scored six goals. Sunderland loanee Ahmed Elmohamady has brought a new dimension to the Tigers, too, providing a conveyor belt of crosses when occupying a wide midfield position or playing as a right wing-back; and it seems like a shrewd move by Steve Bruce to bring the Egyptian in. If Koren, Aluko and Elmohamady stay fit, a play-off berth should be a cert. http://www.skysports.com/opinion/st...00.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
I thought we did OK up to the substitutions, Hart and Cahill were poor, but I thought Caulker got better as the game progressed. I feel Harts problem is over confidence, he thinks he is so good, that leads him to make mistakes. With Ibrahimovic he is just a class apart, but also had one of those night all players have occasionally whereby everything the do goes right for them.
I agree, After Forsters performance last week against Barca why was Hart even taken to Sweden. It was a game for trying out new players ffs, not giving the usual suspects extra caps. I make an exception in Gerrards case. Sadly i also share your feelings. In saying that i did switch on just before we made it 1-1. Poor ending though. New stadium syndrome maybe ? How long did it take the FA/Wembley to get our pitch right ? Just to finally prove that he is not good enough for International football. Ibrahimovic took advantage of both D subs for goal No.2 especially. After the revolving door of subs England lost there shape and control and Sweden took advantage. Not as if the result mattered to anyone outside of Sweden actually. Was that the one about StarBucks coffee - google - amazon and the like not paying much tax at all ? Yes i agree. Talking of Dean Marney he wants out of Burnley now. Wants a move back down south. I wonder if Barnet maybe interested. ?
