    I like this deflection that is going on at the moment...

    Let's all deflect, no...let's all get real.

    Chelsea are the last team as far as I know that have won the CL.

    Man City are the last team as far as I know to have won the PL.

    Man United as far as I know won nothing last year.

    Liverpool won the CC last year.

    So, we have three teams who have won something and one team that has won nothing!

    Possibly the wrong thread but hey!

    I'm not entirely sure what deflection he is talking about.

    But his post is clearly an attempt to deflect from the fact that his team are in 13th, closer to relegation than to Europe, and failed to defend that oh-so-valuable CC title at the first hurdle, whilst ours is in 1st and cruising into the 2nd round of the CL.

    Wonder if that will make him 'get real'...

    Well 11 is more than 3 everywhere except Salford. 41( Liverpools major trophies) is also more than 38( Man Who's major trophies) everywhere except Salford.

    And they dare accuse us of living in the past.
    19 is a lovely number, thats how many touches of the ball you got against Barcelona in one of the most one sided Champions league finals ever. Its the second, the first one involved Manchester United and Barcelona in Rome in 2009.
