Alright lads just wondering if any of you had heard about what allocation we (Chelsea) will get for the cup tie? The rumour is that we may get 2600 tickets and it would be a bubble match! That would be absolutely ridiculous! There are loads of Chelsea fans, me included, that want to go to the game and we could sell out the 6000 allocation with ease but we wouldn't take 1000 up to your place if they made it a bubble match. Anyone heard any rumours as we haven't been told anything yet?

what does a bubble match mean.

And why you certain you can take 6000, you couldnt take 3000 to everton for a semi-final two years ago

    I get what you mean,

It wont be a bubble match and youve been given 3000, with a further 3000 if you can sell them, which you wont

A bubble match is where the away fans have to travel from the away fans ground by coaches (so we would all travel by coach from Stamford Bridge) and half way up to Leeds, we would meet the police at a service station and you get given your tickets. Then you are escorted inside the ground, held in the ground after the game, escorted back to the coaches and then back the Stamford Bridge. It would be a joke if this were the case. It didn't happen to United so I hop it doesn't happen to us.

We did take 3000 to Everton for the semi final. Everyone wants tickets for this game. Trust me. Loads of 'old Chelsea' want tickets for the game. Everyone wants one. It is a game that us Chelsea fans look forward to and recently we haven't had the chance to go to Elland Road. We would sell out 6000. Take my word for it.

Youve struggled to take 3000 ever to leeds, in the past 20 years, infact did you ever get behind the goals ????

Just because a couple of fat balding middle age wide boys, have told you in the pub, that they fancy it (different to actually going) doesnt mind 000's are coming.

You couldnt take 6000 to leeds, even if it was a tenner a ticket and you got free coach

We did take 3000 to Everton for the semi final.

For the Everton game we got given an allocation of 3000 and sold it but the club chose not to take the extra tickets. As for the Leeds match... it's not just in the pub where people have said they will go, loads of mates who don't tend to do away games have said they definitely want to go. If you browse on other Chelsea forums you will see all posters saying how much they want tickets for the game... You can think what you want. All I'm concerned about at the moment is that they don't make it a bubble match. If the game was at the Bridge we would give you 6000 tickets so it would be ridiculous if the West Yorkshire Police didn't allow us the same.

Youve got 6000 tickets if you can sell them, its already been arranged.

Youve got 3000 in west stand, and the south stand isnt going on sale to leeds fans, because you've the option of taking it, if you've got demand.

Like I say, since ive watched Leeds since 1989, ive been to every Leeds chelsea game and you aint took over 1800 yet, so whats changed ???

Once you tell us that, your struggling to sell 3000, the south stand is going on sale to Leeds fans

We don't recognise that term on here. There is no team called simply 'United'. There are several teams with United in their name <ok>

No... we won our cup final in 1970 ;)

We are looking forward to this game. Leeds v Chelsea is probably the biggest North vs South rivalry in England. Both sets of fans are looking forward to the game and you would be a wee bit stupid to deny that!

We haven't got a say in it. It's the police that are making the decision and not us... We would sell it out... But only if the police allow us to have the full allocation. Man Utd would have sold out 6000 but they only got 3000
