Following up on Rods comment on a McInnes poll on another thread,I thought let's have our own...

24 or more hours have elapsed since our miserable performance against B/ham,the temperature has cooled, how do we feel about Delboy, does he deservre to keep his job or bomb him out...?

    It's simple IN.. or OUT..

My choice without a doubt is IN...Vote and tell us your choice.....

During this poll "gasheads" will be IGNORED...

Chopping and changing all the time is a recipe for disaster

In for me but like i said in a nother thread an experinced number 2 or a director of football is badly needed.

I seem to change my mind every second, but definatly IN, we can't keep chopping and changing every season just because we're on a bad run, but sunday is vital for derek.. if he loses this one that OUT button could be a pressed a little more..

In from me, I dont doubt Del the problem with recruiting a CB has been with us for 4 seasons now and 3 and bit managers so I worry if the board like spending over x amount on defenders and midfielders but xx on forwards

In at the moment, but another couple of straight defeats will change my mind...I've said before, going down is not an option for me.
Ask again in two weeks time!

Interesting poll for the impartial WIZ.

Very surprised but fair play to offer a vote of confidence.

However I am given to understand that a course of action has been agreed and decision has already been taken.

Fair play to you guys in the face of conclusive stats which would suggest that a change is required at the coaching level your overwhelming response is one of support for the manager.

From the outside looking in its a dead cert that he will face the axe before Christmas, the only bright side from a statistical point of view is that currently you are only 4 points off of 21st position.Suggest you need a draw at the very minimum at the weekend, although the others around you also cannot buy a win so your league position probably will not change.

As a supporter of the blue side, if the action is not taken to arrest your serious lack of form, you will end up in L1 next season.

Love the fact that Cock on Rovers loves to get his bit in telling us discussions have already taken place.

He seems to know or think he does that he desperately wants to be a red.

If not I said it before worry about your own team 1 point off the bottom of the pond. If I was a blue I would be seriously worried, if we drop we still play in the football league if they drop, their ****ed <doh>

RODDERS :emoticon-0115-inlov Ask yourself this..... has the manager been set targets by the board....has he met them...is he likely to even if you win at the weekend?

As for the other side of Bristol we are almost in as much mire as your beloved team is ,however our board has not invested as much as your board to get you into the championship.... do you think for one moment they are ok with your current position languishing in the relegation places...Last year you avoided the drop.....I am sure they did not plan to be in the same position again.....the stakes are higher this year for the coaching staff otherwise what did you get rid of Millen for?

I cannot really see a case for PANIC AT THE MOMENT, and when he took over there were quite a number who were resigned to maybe dropping down into the first before we made our mark. I was not one of them as Icould not see us going down last season!

I changed my end of season 12/13 predictions after some of the dealings at the start of the season from about mid Table to top 8 (4TH)! but at the present moment cant see us go down, still need to reach 20 points by game 20 though
