"How Liverpool will be regretting wasting all those early chances now."

What chances. A penalty appeal? Some deflections, a save by TimmyK? What nonsense.

Great stuff. Just greened out on Betfair. That's paid for a few bottles of red and dinner for two tonight.

    Belting goal, that.

Been saying this for ages. Perch is a good player and a great servant to the club but when he's playing DM Cabs has to drop way too deep to pick up the ball and we're always on the cosh. As soon as Perchy went off we started getting a foot in and eventually taking charge.

Great goal, but can't believe you're winning. Typically we've shot ourselves in the foot again.

Also been very disappointed with your set up today - all long balls from Krul to Cisse.

PS - does Krul time waste like this often? Can't believe he hasn't been booked yet.

Anita is the unsung hero of the half. Hope it continues....

Simmo is a liability, he's been detriment to us ever since been on.

Of course you're disappointed Reverend, Liverpool stated that they didn't want to play against the long ball as it causes problems for them...we're not going to play to your strengths are we?

Thought with the good players in your side you'd try to play out a little more.

We've also been completely untroubled by it so far - Everton were much better at it last week.

Your goal came from getting a good early ball out to Ben Arfa.

Quite often yes, but today's a bit over the usual , probably cos we're leading at a tough stadium and want to preserve the lead going into the half. As for the long balls, you can expect more the entire game. Our three strikers Ameobi, Ba, Cisse, are all big aerial target men and that probably explains it.

By the way why are you insisting we are playing the long ball? I've seen us string a good number of passes on the deck, don't know what you're watching.

Ben Arfa and Cabaye are pretty much carrying the team i think. Cisse and Ba are standing around to much missing out on some great positions. Shola needs to be up their holding the ball up so Ben Arfa can make some better runs instead of trying to provide for cisse and ba. Im not impressed with Ba or Cisse at half time. hopefully they do better in 2nd half.

Most entertainment so far (excluding Cabaye goal)? The sprinkler soaking the home fans! Hilarity. <laugh> <laugh>
