IT COULD BE ESTE LA VISTA FOR QPR'S GRANERO ABOVE: Esteban Granero switched from Real Madrid to QPR this summer 4th November 2012 By Paul Brown QPR star Esteban Granero has been offered an early escape route out of Loftus Road by Real Betis. The former Real Madrid midfielder (below)joined the Hoops in August in a £9million transfer. But Betis coach Pepe Mel is a close friend of the star, 25, and hopes to tempt him back to Spain in January. Granero has been one of QPRâs best players this season and has four years left on his contract. But Betis have been told he is homesick in London and could be tempted by a move back home. Granero earns almost £3m a year and Betis feel relegation-threatened QPR may be forced to consider cutting their losses if they are still in trouble at Christmas. Betis want the former Spain Under-21s star initially on loan, with a view to a permanent deal if he impresses. They tried to sign Granero when he quit Real Madrid last summer.
He might start to feel a little less homesick after a few wins and when we start to move up the table.
Kiwi, i hope you are not comparing paella to s***e because in about two hours I will be going to my friends farm where we will be preparing a large pan of it. The trouble is I wont get to see the game. Come on R's dont let us down.
The story about him being homesick is full of s**t. The're was a thread with his interview with Marca. He feels good and up for the challenge. Just some journalist trying to earn a living.
Not vikki orifice was it, she also claims to be a journalist and said earlier that we have a worse team than last year and that we should have been relegated last season, she forgot to mention some of the diabolical refereeing and linesman decisions, Shaun Derry sending off, Ashley young's diving, the goal at bolton the non penalty/free kick at home to Everton, if the correct decisions had been made then who knows we might have been well clear of the relegation places. Comeon uurrrs.
