So... the January transfer window is a matter of weeks away and rumours are rife about us signinig every player under the sun.
Sorting the wheat from the chaff so to speak who do you realistically think we will end up signing in January?

I'm going to assume the Dembas will stay so......

    Out
    Simmo - £2m (contract expiring)

    In
    Douglas - £1.5m (contract expiring)
    Debuchy- £7m
    Sissoko- £1.5m

We've proven we are not afraid to spend but if we can secure the above realistic targets I'll be very happy indeed.

I'd be happy with that. I think we might also look to sign a Bigi-esque youngster, probably at full-back

Left back, centre back and I wouldn't say no to Tom Ince if he fancied it.

Unless we're going to start blooding though Campbell, we may need another striker. One injury to a Demba and we're looking very thin up front

I don't think Debuchy would cost us 7m. I'd be over the moon if we just kept everyone, including Ba, and signed Douglas. Another fullback could wait until next summer, and Sissokho is another one that would be brilliant, but not necessary.

Another CB should be the priority, because we desperately need another quality CB, and also one that can challenge in the air consistently, and wont get injured.
