Don't be daft - gaston will have one less than perfect game and the usual suspects here will immediately be saying what a waste of money he is and how we should drop him/sell him!

Well I'm having a wonderful day. Won £27 in the early hours of this morning thanks to a helpful tip-off from Saintmagic, and now this news is even better. If this trend continues, Mila Kunis will be round tomorrow begging me to make sweet love to her.

No doubt Nigel makes another error and starts one leading to another injury

Because it would definitely be Nigel's fault if a player got injured?

RickieGoalMachine seems determined to make Adkins out to be a completely inept moron who can do nothing right, which only serves to make me believe more and more than he only started supporting this season.

Anyone who legitimately believes he knows better than the manager, a man who does football for a living and sees his team in training every day, should automatically be written off.

I'm excited just for the depth if not just getting two key players back. If we start Boruc, Clyne, Fonte, Yoshida, Fox, Schneiderlin, Davis, Cork, Ramirez, Lallana, Lambert. We would actually be struggling to name the bench without leaving players out rather than having to fill up the seven spaces with Chaplow or Seaborne or somebody. Davis/Gazza, Richardson, Hooiveld, Shaw, Reeves, JWP, Puncheon, Guly, Mayuka, Rodriguez, Lee. Plenty of options, would be nice if we can have a few more impacts off the bench which we haven't really had since the City game other than Mayuka against Spurs last Sunday as well as having a stronger starting XI.

I'm off to Staplewood tomorrow, first time I've been since they started working on it so looking forward to seeing what it's like. Don't know if the first team will be there but if they are I will try and kidnap Gaston so no one can injure him.

I'm going up to West Brom and this news cheers me up big time considering I'm going to freeze to death by the end of the match!

Ramirez's injury was bruising and swelling, it's not going to re-occur unless someone knees him, and that's just another injury, not a re-occurrence.

Cork doesn't seem like he has been rushed back, he's been in training for a couple of weeks.

    In short...stop stressing.

Deano was ok in the Championship, but doubt he could hack it in the Prem. That and his sideways passing.

That's probably due to the altitude [never mind the latitude] - 168m above sea level.

    St Mary's..? 1m. ;)
