Mick wouldnt have been my first choice either but i will give him 100% support until and if he proves not to be the man we need. Someone said earlier that his record is hardly second to none, thats hardly surprising as anyone with a first rate record is managing a top 6 Prem club. We have to remember where we are in football terms and right now we are in the smelly stuff so Mick will have to pull the players together, deal with any dressing room tensions, and sort the wheat from the chaff, and thats before the players even get on the pitch! MM doesnt strike me as a dynamic and hungry manager but for the immediate job in hand he might just be the man to do it. And as an afterthought he is the man who will not suffer Cleggs interference and ineptitude gladly, it could get explosive between them and i for one will welcome Clegg getting told his fortune from a proper " football man ".
oops, sorry the air up here is pretty thin Will haveto have some faith in MM though, as hes already 5 points into relegation, and anyone that thinks its going to take 2 games is kidding themselves. Luckily you have Wellens, who is used to having managerial changes
"Mick McCarthy's Blue and white army". Our search for a manager with a name that rhymes with our songs is over. Welcome to Ipswich, Michael.
I saw your Jewell out sign - its no good apologising now - people like you are a total embarrassment and shpould never csall themselves supporters. Dont even bother to tunr up now MM is here
I would never say that even as a joke. Enjoy supporting your new club. No doubt next season, you'll change to man utd As for me, I'm a 1 team supporter
