So far we have played the majority of the top of the table.
Besides Utd, we are the only team to have taken anything off Chelsea (champions of Europe).
We were all over Spuds and had some very strong spells against the league champions.
Everton are flying and we got a point.
But for an offside goal we'd have had a point at the emirates.
We have been ravaged by defensive injuries. Their return will only strengthen us.
Many have criticised MH subs but on a number of occasions they have been forced by injury so he has been unable to respond tactically on the offensive.

We now enter a phase against lesser teams. Coming up our next home games are Reading, Southampton, Villa, Fulham, West Brom and Liverpool (all beatable)
Our next away games are Stoke (One win in 15), Man Utd (enjoy the day out!) Sunderland (one win in 15), Wigan.
Two wins could see us in mid table, we are far from cut adrift.

As the league unravels you need to consider who other teams around and above us have to play, take Villa for example. Their next games are Sunderland, Utd, City and Arsenal!
We have the best squad in years, with some exciting talented individuals. One of the finest keepers in the league who has the ability to rescue us when needed and an owner who has vision for the club.

Sunday it starts, let’s get behind the team, There’s no medals given out in November. I can't wait!

Cheers RTID. Now you could consider it annoying or.......... more games for them, tired legs and we're saving ourselves for the more illustrious FA Cup!

Well said 74. The pieces are all in place, now we just need that little bit of luck. If we can string a few results together the atmosphere around the club will change very quickly for the better.

Said it a few weeks ago - WHU are a good example. Look at whove they played and who they are about to play VS our previous opponents and who we now have in the next few weeks.....credit to WHU for picking up the points when they could but would be surprised and disappointed if we aren't above them by christmas and they are currently 11 points ahead of us.....
my positive theory obv only works if we deliver the points in our upcoming winnable fixtures and the letters S,W & P dont appear in succession on M Hughes keyboard when he's typing up the team sheet!

If life , or football in this matter, could only be that easy. We all remember last season when we get massive FOUR points out of eighteen from three relegation teams (wolves, blackburn and bolton). Five points out of eighteen from our fellow promotion teams (norwich and swansea) and WBA. Five poins out of twenty four points from Wigan, Villa, Fulham and Sunderland. So it was total 14 points out of 60 from so called EASIER teams!!!

"Easier" fixtures this season so far: Swansea, Norwich, West Ham and WBA-matches with a stunning ONE point from TWELVE possible......I know it is still early days but im not so convincing about those matches against so-called easier teams.

i wouldn't worry about him too much because he has been worse than their defence this season.

Let them worry about the pace of Cisse/Hoilet/SWP/Traore/Boswinger/Mackie and the skill of Granero/Adel/Diakite.
They have a championship team and the slowest defence in the league. We maybe bottom but we have a much better team than them and i expect nothing other than a QPR win.
Let them worry about us guys because it's about time we got a win. <ok>
