    Since ive joined the forum i have protested against any hint of signing carlton cole (even on a free, hes that ****e), my worry is that pardew will sign him, surely we on here could think of better and more affordable signings than that pile o'****e, i may be the only one on here that thinks that not even ashley would be that stupid and sign him for the reported fee

    I can't see Pardew signing him personally. I see Ba or Elmander being far more likely targets

    we will go for a championship striker in my opinion, shane long or someone like that, i would love kevin gremio form lorient but thats not going to happen and gervinho is a fantasy.
