I thought you'd have more fans than that though, fans at OT would of been 4000, are you saying your club only has 43000?
Hopefully we will see in the near future. Bit of luck slightly cheaper tickets so everyone can afford to go.
If you want me ill be on my home board, well done on the result aswell, enjoy the rest of the season...
Leazescorner I know mate, i'm merely writing some of these responses due to some of your fans intent on trying to offend people on our board. Newcastle are doing okay, could do better, but that's down to the owners, as well as the team. You need to be bought out. Then you would be in pretty strong position as you already have the fanbase and the stadium. Need investment. We need a new stadium and investment; but are you attractive to major buyers?
We are Newcastle though you dont understand the frustration at how we are constantly getting mismanaged year in year out we are almost oblivious to it now and accepted this is how it will be for the foreseeable future. When you witness the magic of the 4-4 with arsenal then theres hope one day it could get better
My Newcastle mate did two laps round my local pub when the forth went in! Arsenal fans weren't happy!
You do wonder how we are not attractive to major buyers though i mean NUFC have the foundations to be great in a great city but for some reason i have no hope of it happening
Humm I don't know realy. Some of it must be down to the fact that there hasn't been a massive amount of success. But still, Man City got bought out in a similar position. Main problem is you have a fat slob of an owner content on watching you chug along. Someone like Shearer who is known world wide could play a major role in attracting investment, but again why would he if Ashley won't sell? I know fan power sounds aweful, and I know some of you lot have protested, but it does work. Trouble is if you're not getting regulary beaten then most fans will be content.
You sir are a complete bell end. No wonder the mackems hate you lot. You're worse than the mancs. ****ing ****heads, **** team too. Relegation for you next season I hope.
We are so ****e, we put 3 past your lot at our place. Bare in mind, that was basically the same team you superstars hammered 5 past in the same fixture the year we went down!!!! You scouse lads on here are going on about newcastle as if we are in the same bracket as you lot which we are not. Having said that, you lot are not in the bracket you once were yourselves. You bang on about winning, look at how your numbers fell this season when hodsgon was in place. Now coma pare that with a team that has not won a domestic cup since the 50's and tell me that your numbers would be equal to ours. We might not be where we want as a club, but as far as club support goes, we can't be questioned on it. I've got slot of time for the scousers, alot of my mates are from Liverpool but some of the drivel on here gives you lot a bad name. But it's the same for any club. This genius here who hopes we are relegated because of a few coments over the Internet.......get a life pal. a bit of Micky taking on a football forum doesn't count for a fan base.
Some canny banter on here tonight. First off, Liverpool deserved their win today, i have no complaints. Fact is though the atmosphere was shocking today. I wasnt there but it was so quiet on tv you could clearly hear the managers shouting their instructions. On the subject of attendance etc. why are Liverpool so desperate to move to another ground when thier average attendance is about 3000 less than capacity? Just curious.
Firstly, we are not desperate to move to another stadium. Secondly, Anfield is our home. Also, we would easily be able to fill more seats if a new stadium was built or Anfield was expanded. And, Thanks for admitting we deserved the win.
Always thought Geordie's where loud mouthed, ignorant, arrogant twats this forum confirms it. With the collective IQ of a 5 watt light bulb, they constantly show there total ignorance of all football related matters. Little regional club, little narrow minded supporters, owned by a cockney, supported by cock heads.
