Do any of these take your fancy or maybe some that aren't there. I originally wanted Redknapp but having thought about it, I would like us to employ our first foreign manager. We have a foreign chairman and currently expanding our brand overseas, now is the time.

    Rafa Benitez
    Roberto Martinez
    Bob Bradley
    Jurgen Klinsmann
    Pep Guardiola <whistle>

I would be happy with one of the above, what are your thoughts?

Would you prefer to have an Englishman in charge or is they any other managers you would like to be considered?

Don't think any of them would do well. Im a big fan of martinez but there's a reason he's still at Wigan , don't think he fancies a job with expectation, plus his side were knocked out by league 2 Bedford last night

I wouldn't be bothered about that mate. Liverpool wanted him which speaks volumes and he has his teams playing free flowing football, on a shoestring budget. He has made some good signings as well, Kone has got off to a good start and looks like he has got a bit of quality. He is the sort of signing I could never see O'Neill going after.

Just about Comm and under performaning for 7 months? With no signs of improvement or stopping the rot. We have to start looking before it's too late.

Realistically, how many of them would come? none mate. Get rid of MON now and you'd struggle to get anyone in.

You can stop dreaming if you think the likes of Arry, or Rafa would come up here, no ****ing chance mate. Stick with MON, he will come good.

    Way, way to early mate.

No one is happy, but Short has backed him, the players are under performing, admit that the tactics and set up of the team may be wrong (in our humble opinion, none of which are a prem manager standard)

I know we are playing ****, but to call for his head already is madness,

I'm not saying 'he will turn it around' but let's not rush into another rash decision.

I stuck by Bruce and I will stick by MON, I do think we will get better but no one is too good to go down (well maybe the top 6) but if he does go then I am going to go for the same manager i said when Bruce was on the rocks.

    Marco Van Basten

Wont happen even if MON gets sacked but its who I would like.

You honestly think Martinez wouldn't leave Wigan for Sunderland?
Bob Bradley and Klinsmann managing Egypt and USA, either may jump at the chance to manage in the Premier League.
Rafa would be a long shot admittedly.

Redknapp did want to manage the Toon, so are you saying we aren't big enough for him, but they are? That's a serious question as they are a bigger club than us.

Would be Martinez all day for me.

Think the players we have are way more suited to his style of play.

Van Basten would be very exciting, has to be noted.

I hope you are joking, you need to be careful what you wish for - There really isn't much wrong with our squad. I can't believe you are saying this. 12 months ago we were moaning about not having wingers and a striker. He fills these gaps. Now because we've lost 2 this season, one in the cup fans are calling for MoN head - you are idiots the lot of you. Bloody muppets.

These things take time. We don't have the players with Barca's talent so give your head a shake, start supporting your team.

I understand I said in previous comments when can we start questioning MoN. Well questioning and calling for him to be sacked are two different things.

    Bloody grow up..!!!

If only we could all come around to your way of thinking because obviously it is the only way.

I have give him my support and the club plenty of my hard earned cash, I have every right to voice my opinion, just as you have Cest.

At the end of the day for 7-8 months I have watched us struggle like **** and serve up the most dross football with no signs of improvement.

    Just to be clear here.

If we'd appointed Allardyce, for example, and won 1 in 19, would all of us who dare to call a spade a spade be derided?

If I fail to do my job, I expect questions to be asked.

MON's job is to win ****ing football matches. Simple.

I've not once said I want him out (I don't), but ****ing right I'm having doubts & concerns, and anyone who says I am not quite justified to do so can get ****ed.
