What's your favourite memories of that great day as we approach the anniversary?

 

i got given oral by a fat chick outside the royal theater after a night out, Was a very good week

 

It's the first derby I attended, and I was nervous as ****. Sunderland were classed as a better side than us at the time, and I remember how confident they were lol.

2-0 up after 25 mins, I came everywhere.

I remember the number of posters who kept saying, sick dread weighing in their stomach, that a draw would be a good result. I remember not being able to beleive the first, thinking that Nolan had far too long for the second, and the horrible fear (both for us and for him) as Ameobi stepped up to take the penalty for the third.

 

Around Halloween doesnt bode well for the Mackems, beaten by Boro last night.

No favourite, just pure shock and horror, which was in keeping with the halloween theme..

Pure dejection in the way we got our arses spanked.

I was sat in a bar with a load of your toon army fans, and it was dreadful, fookers never stopped all night, they had a great night, i did not.

But the thing i find the strangest, despite what we all write on these forums and try to convince each other about the hatred, it's all bollocks, certainly there are a few hardcore who despise each other, but take them away from the comfort of their home environment, and usually it's all hunky dory.

We got our arse spanked that day, remember it, i would, we'll have our day....one day...when, iv'e no idea, but one day.

 

31st of October is my birthday so i remember it well )

We also won last year on my birthday, anyone else remember which game it was because i obviously do. The toon have a good record of playing on my birthday.
