    Congrats Bob - I actually have five daughters (aged 11 - 20) and at one point I had them all involved in community football, plus swim classes, to keep everyone fit and prevent any risk of drowning at the beach.

    At the ripe old age of almost 59 I just started a fitness/distance swimmer class myself.
