Exactly what they (Burnley) need. They are scoring goals for fun but letting in $hit loads. Sean will shore them up at the back, organise them, make them more solid and harder to beat etc.
And, of course to every Watford fan's dread, do a far better job of getting his team up the Championship than GFZ.......

Burnley Fan in peace, I will admit 2-3 days ago Sean Dyche wasnt the top of my Wish List to be Burnleys new boss, But having read how you Watford fans hold him in high reguard and looking at the stats there he didnt do half bad. Im beginning to warm to his inniment appointment as Burnley Boss and hes a no-nonsence kind of guy, which we need at Burnley and if he sorts our back line and keeps Charlie Austin i think we can have a good shot at Play-Offs this season.
he will be loyal, a word not associated with football these days,...and honest. He'll work the team hard, and he'll get results, and respect. Give him a chance, get your fans to do the same, and he'll win you over by Christmas, i'm sure. Good luck with the season, with SD, you should be fine I think you'll find there are many Watford fans who wish he was still with us, as someone said on Twitter, if he goes to Burnley, Burnley will have a better manager than Watford. Certainly the two are very different...but Sean Dyche was great for us, from player to Manager, and there are very few who would say a word against him.
Im gonna more than give him a chance i think as you rightly say Hornette, he is loyal hes passionate I think your new owners at Watford made a big mistake in sacking him as i thought he was doing well for you, I think he do well for Burnley the more i think about SD being our new manager, theres a good chance with a bit of luck (Charlie Austin staying etc) we can have a very good season.
i hope so...it's the one thing that really upset me about our takeover. I'd love him to show them why they should have kept him, but obviously i also want Zola to prove he's the right man for the job
SD is a good catch and earned the respect of the Watford faithful for what he achieved. What I learned to like about Sean was his no nonsense after match interviews and his realistic approach. Best of luck and I do hope he's successful but not against us to often!
