Looks like Dudgeon is out until december. Shame but Dawson is playing well and we have Cooper and Townsend who can cover the left side of defence. Shame but hope the club dont mess about anymore over Dudg like they have with Fryatt.
Wonder if we get cover in or stick to rosie who played quite well against bristol, after poor performances against boro and ipswich
Dudgeon is one of your favourite players? I mean, there's nothing wrong with him but Im surprised he'd be anybody's favourite. I was just saying last week that apart from Chessie all the Man Utd players have turned out to be pretty average. Would we really struggle to replace Cam, Amos, Evans or Dudgeon? I'd argue not and Robbie Brady was just ****ing ****e. King mightve been decent over a whole season but the jury is out.
Dudgeon has now been confirmed as being out for the season and as it looks like Elmo is also injured and Rosie will have to switch back to the right on Saturday, we're running out of bodies. Time to go shopping.
I can see Rosei staying at left back and McShane shifting to right back, which would be a big error. He's been in his best form since his first loan spell with us and to disrupt that would be insane.
Think that's a bit harsh on Dudgeon. He may not have played much for us, but when he has played, especially this season, he has looked the part in the team. From looking at Goochie's MOTM threads from earlier in the season Dudge would normally be up there in the votes. He hasn't yet made the same impression as Chester, he's not really had the game time to do so but when given the chance he has looked impressive.
Rumours are elmos foot got ran over by the team bus after the match and completely crumbled his bones in his foot. Apparently his career is likely over.
