Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse’s frustration at St James’ Park is being monitored by Tottenham and Liverpool.

The Senegal star came off the bench to score the winner against West Brom yesterday. But he has struggled to repeat last season’s prolific form after losing his starting place.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers wants to strengthen his strike force in January and find a partner for Luis Suarez.

Rodgers has been linked with Newcastle’s Demba Ba but he has been more of a regular this season so the Reds believe they may have more chance with Cisse.

Tolouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko, 23, is set to become Newcastle’s next recruit from France.

Sissoko, 23, whose contract runs out at the end of the season, is set to sign a pre-contract deal with the Magpies in January.

For **** sake every ****ing player is for sale now arn't they? we are such a shop and given our owner is a a shop owner I get the picture.

It won't surprise me if we are the first team to sell BA and Cisse as a two for 1 deal.

 

Pardew has denied any knowledge of the Sissoko deal. Don't know where that leaves it

 

One things is certain and that is eventually we will lose Ba, Cabaye and Ben Arfa as they are worth top dollar and at 25/26 peak value so it wont be long! I'm noit sure we will seel Cisse but maybe.

We will be hpoing Ferguson and Obertan can improve to take Ben Arfa's and another green player to take Cabaye and Bas place.

We wont be getting any purple players anytime soon.

The squad of players is run like a cattle market! they buy good players on the cheap fatte them up playing each week and sell them for top prices. If the bids come they will be gone simple as that. We have to prey Graham Carr can keep rolling sixes or we will be ****ed in two or three years time. You have to realise if we can pruduce a miracle in one summer then a disaster can be produced just as fast.

haven't been posting as often, due to my Dad not too good in Hospital

to be fair rumours have been around for a while that Pardew has very little knowledge of transfer deals until they are nearly done.
