The problem is now, it's basically an us v them, in regards to the ref and his assistants vs Chelsea. The only people who would have heard the insults are the ref, his assistants (via the earpieces), and the players involved. Who do you think the FA would side with, a referee, or a team who have a player who's recently been charged with racism. Don't expect any action taken even if it is true.

Fingers crossed this leads to a much wider investigation in to the cheating of Webb and all the ManU refs. On the game itself I was very pleased with the teams response to going behind early and there is no doubt that we were the better team from then on even with 9 players. I have no doubt we'll finish ahead of. ManU this season.

Or in other words, they need to be able to prove the charge. You say "even if it is true" without saying how this can be determined. As Terry knows, you have to prove someone is guilty, not take blind prejudice into the decision.
