Good stuff mate glad to hear it, I love looking for little things like that - You think you'll sit on it or trade out?

Sit on it for the time being I'd say. See where his next race is at least...

Exactly - to be honest it's rare I lay off antepost bets, I normally don't bet much antepost and enjoy the ride.

I mostly lay bets in running - I'm ridiculously risk averse with my normal betting money...

I'm having an e/w this evening on the Good Doctor's second string GABRIAL THE DUKE, who will appreciate the extra furlong today. Will need a good ride from Stevie 'Wonder' Donohoe, but if he can get across and not travel stupidly wide, he has the ability to run into a place.

Outpaced but clearly never off the bridle. The winner trades at 970-1 on the exchanges.

    Hi WF

Did it well over a trip way short for him <ok> only jumped 3 hurdles and had a scrap with the runner up who is a useful sort himself. I think he is a good one.

Bourne was very unlucky today lads - came full of running to take it up in the straight and looked ready to put the race to bed when slipping badly on landing 2 out and losing all chance. Will come on for that and should be winning very soon <ok>

hope all had a successful day today. mine started off like i'd trodden in something but slackened off a bit. i had marufo in the end instead of fabalu and that turned out the better choice. for non stop though, that was impressive :)

what was going on at aintree? i presumed it was the low sun that meant they missed everything out in the home straight. the post race analysis on RUK sounded unimpressed. i wonder if the results would have been slighty different had the jumps been taken.
