Now that is a really hard question love all cheeses but one if my favorites is Wensleydale with xmas cake and you can't beat a strong Cumbrian cheese with a garlic and red onion chutney.

Roquefort. It's the king of cheeses.

Anything blue. Roquefort & gorgonzola are faves, but stilton is the king of cheeses (NB Mackem O'neill)

I discovered a great cheese recipe a while ago... cheese on toast under the grill with mint sauce drizzled over it as it bubbles.... try it... it's great.

I do love a good cheeseboard. Ne need for grapes though, just some
, Strong mature cheddar, Wensleydale, Stilton, emmenthal, goats cheese(peppered), halloumi, a nutty Parmesan and some mellow Ottermanni
Add jam, red inion chutney, mango chutney, peanut butter
Serve with oatcakes, carrs crackers and some hapankorppuja

....and a canny bottle or two of cockburns.

Projectile vomit from me with just a whiff of any cheese. F*cking horrific stuff.

Think it stemmed from a visit to a cheese factory in Amsterdam after a particularly long session on the lash. Opened door, promptly vomited on a worker, shelf full of cheeses and a couple of pairs of clogs/wellies. 60 euro clean up bill.

Bengal Spice in the town (adj to where dirty book centre used to be) does a Sab-Ka-Mazza, hotter than molten lava.
Alt: I usually get a Montaja in there. fairly mild but nice.
    They do take aways.
