Our problem is not one player. Our problem is we have stopped doing any of the basics that we were occasionally doing before - a complete lack of movement throughout the team when we have the ball, and inability to pass directly when we have the ball, an inability to control the ball, an inability to understand where players are before the ball arrives and lack of peripheral vision and seeing of opportunities. Everything that is basic in good footballers and good teams is missing. But we are solid enough when defending, we are not losing many, and we will be mediocrely mid-table. But I don't know why our players and our team can't do those attacking things well. It's the entertainment bit, and what footballers are meant to be there to do for the crowd. Anyone fancy a punt on £350k per week Sam Eto'o?
