And reality. Don't forget that. Do you think the administrators of Rangers acknowledging the club is no more is a wind up? The SPL?

Of course the administrators and league know that it's a new club - however as far as most people who follow football are concerned they're still Rangers - most people don't look at the legalities etc. You're right - of course you are - but it isn't the way that most casual on lookers view it.
Are you a lawyer by the way? I really hope if I do Jury service again you're on the case <laugh>

So the team that plays today, is the Rangers of old in spirit?

For those many thousands of Rangers fans who changed their mind as to what the reality of liquidation of their club would mean, then yes. That is a fair summary.

Legally "The Club" is no longer a sporting entity.

And in there is my point. Mr T will suspend his own rational thought to support his new club as though it were the same as the old. Yet finds it 'insane' and 'laughable' when others do similarly with regards to their faith.

And no, not a lawyer. I've been around some great ones and some amazing QC's.

No one supported the company, the club was about before the company and will outlive the company.

The company behind Man U was incorporated in 2005, the company behind Liverpool was incorporated in 1997, it doesn't matter to anyone because we support the Club, not the company.

The old club wasn't liquidated, the company was, the new company bought the assets of the old company, but Rangers live on.

    "99.9% activity" <laugh>

    Jeebus, Weeble, why?

Right.....If only someone had taken the time to find out what incorporated meant.....

Hang on one cotton pickin minute.....I know just the monumental spastic of a patsy who was asked that very question who just might know the answer to this one.....

    Here he is<ok>

Unless you want to stick with your original answer as to what you think "incorporated" means?

So do you think incorporation means that the team and company are separate or the same thing?

Answers on a postcard to <completelyandutterlymolligatedspastic>

    Is that a fact?

Of course it isn't<ok> It just ain't your day today Wedgie.
I told you to stick to sniping from the sidelines because you make an absolute fool of yourself when you try and get involved.

This document from the Administrators is absolutely clear what is getting liquidated. "The Club"<ok>

To repeat myself, I am not here to evangelise. Just pointing out that it is extremely hypocritical of someone to be so dismissive of the things 'educated' people believe when they themselves that are prone to believing "fairly tales" of their own.

So what you are trying to say is that a team called Rangers is a fairy tale and a God removing sin from a newly fertilised egg is fact. Right oh.

No. There is no ambiguity with my argument.

You are entirely lacking in self awareness.

All that proves is that "The Rangers Football Club PLC" was refered to as "the Club" from then onwards in that document.

I am not going to accept the diagnosis of someone who thinks the SFL is a higher authority in football than UEFA.
