needs to sit the players down and watch video's of Tottenham over the last year or two under Harry Redknapp.

We have the perfect big man up top, perfect number 10 and perfect wingers to play a pacy counter attacking game which will stretch the opposition, get balls in behind to our quick pacy wingers and deliver the ball early into the striker or the playmaker and punish the opposition.

At the minute we are playing some horrible stuff to watch with no tempo to the play and we have had 3 shots on target in the 3 home games which is certainly not good enough.

MoN is the man for us but he needs to get the hairdryer out, get the lads off there arse and playing to there potential

I think we have to go 442 to try and get the confidence back, Saha still looks like he has a lot to offer. This formation should work but it just not and can't continue. My side for next game

    ......................Mig....................
    bardsley..Cuellar..oshea...rose
    Johnson..Gardner..Vaughan..sess
    ...............fletcher..Saha................

Last year at the sol we had those two in cm and we tore them apart, they'll be more worried about us if they have two forwards to worry about. I think having a game on the wing will see sess getting alto of the ball and with Rose overlapping I think it could work. Similarly with Johnson he needs to stay wide and with two forwards his decision making is made simple get the ball in the box. We are so slow moving the ball forward but with 442 everyone knows where they're meant to be. They look clueless trying to make this system work.

I think we have to give Vaughan a chance in midfield, he looks quality whenever he comes on.
I'd be happy with PArkers formation.

Kinda wish we had not let Rico go. I liked the lad. just played out of position far too many times.
