is coming back on loan for a month to replace Jordan Obita.

Appy has definitely seen something in him - and he did give his all for us last time.

How do you think he will fare this time?

I think he'll do well at this level. Appy knows who he wants - we just need some owners finalised so he knows if he can get and keep them!

exactly the sort of player we need in league one, puts the effort in along with a few tough tackles. wasn't the greatest footballer in the championship but I think much more suited to this level. played regularly at watford last season. welcome back dicko, give stevenage some hell

A good player, but I remember from one of the games I went to last season, he certainly has a temper!

He looked incensed about something all game, Cotts left him on, and he ended up with a red card! <doh>

I hope Appy uses him wisely <ok>

Tbh I thought he was useless first time round - even Sonko could pass the ball better than he could. Not really someone i wanted to see back in a Pompey shirt, hope he proves me wrong.

Im glad he has found somewhere to ply his trade. He has been out of favour, but only due to us playing with wing backs. He will do a job for you and put in a lot of tough tackles, but he doesnt seem to have the temper mentioned here.

Just seen an anecdote on the News site from his last time with us - amused me anyway so I thought I'd share it with you.

A lot more fans are happy to see him back than I was expecting.

Interesting signing methinks ! Not a bad left back, liked attacking, but was sometimes a bit slow in recovering his defensive position when he lost possession.

Still believe he will do well at this level though, and lets face it, we do need a left back, as Jon Harley is a better midfielder, than a defender, to my mind.
