Other than the comment from the fella who said where he was working in Leeds made Bransholme look like Ramsey Sreet your coment OLM is arguably the most incisive on this thread........

One thing that was brought up was the possible impact if the thug had been carrying a knife.
Comparison was made with the Monica Seles incident when a Steffi Graf fan stabbed her during a match.

So maybe the fan was infatuated and in love with Kirkland's opposite number - Paddy Kenny.

    I therefore blame Paddy Kenny.
    There, I feel better now.

Everyone was frisked for knives before entering the stadium, so that's a moot point.

Unfortunately no, Millwall and Carlisle fans have both done it to our players and Huddersfield fans attacked Alan Smith while he was playing for MK Dons.

No-one's making us victims of Friday night. Everyone accepts that Cawley lad did a silly thing, and deserves retribution. South Yorkshire Police were inept as usual, and if football fans can't point that out without being called 'victims' by their fellow fans, what's the ****ing point of calling yourself one of us?

Anything to have a snipe at Leeds, eh.

No it hasn't, not by any means. This is a serious issue from a club famed for its thuggish behaviour. Don't sweep it under the carpet yet, TWS deserve ALL the **** coming their way.

    He'll be happy with that.
Out in time to get his season ticket for 2013/14 at TWS.

6 months for swimming in front of a Boat Race, 4 months for assault and entering the field of play.
    Just doesn't square up.
