I'll live I think it's Android, really don't know anything about all the apps you can get and not really bothered, only got the thing because it is supposed to "geotag" your pictures, useful in case I dig up anything really old. It doesn't work. Took it to a Samsung support shop and all they did was restore factory settings i.e. wipe all my numbers, photos and music. Online support just ignore me now. Orange who I bought it from, well, ringing their customer support in India is about the most pointless thing you can possibly do in your life. Think I'm turning into Victor Meldrew.

Thanks. Looks like I could take the photo then use that app to tag it, a workaround. But I paid for a phone which is supposed to do that automatically if the setting is turned on. Orange/Samsung are happy to take your money but fob you off when it turns out they've mis-sold to you. Perhaps I should write to Watchdog and get the BBC on their ass.
