As I said, I'm not religious And I'm not perfect But I won't judge a man because he says something in the heat fo the moment in reaction to stuf he has been subjected to for 12 years and having seen his keeper assaulted and I won't try to deflect it to justify that it is ok to sing ***** songs at a guy who has been proven not guilty
It is sick. I wonder how many of those mindlessly singing along have children of their own. Part of the problem is that we let so much stuff go under the heading "banter". Banter is the sort of good-natured needle you have with mates of other clubs- not personal attacks, things you'd be ashamed to see written down. I sit next to people sometimes and wonder why they pay good money to attend a football match, only to spend half their time looking at the opposition fans or management. Sad lives. It isn't a Leeds problem, though. Not even a football problem. It's a people problem.
Think I am your lucky charm, I turned on Sky just as you scored, went back out the room came back in for final score and your new big guy scored a second.
Agreed, 100%. No-one was being serious with the ***** or Savile chants, and Jones took the bait and overreacted pricelessly. Saying we should be banned from all away games and saying every Leeds fan is a 'vile animal', and 'it's a form of racism', just shows what a thick scouse twat this child-****er is. Which means we win, at the end of the day.
Jones has made a very large rod for his own back, what are the next few games going to be like for him now? Fans are going to love knowing that it gets to him so badly, he has certainly opened himself up to being a target. Can you imagine his reception at Elland Road?
