If we carry on losing games which one will be the final nail in Sparky's coffin? Everton Arsenal Reading Stoke Southampton Man Utd Or which of these would buy Sparky more time? (if we win) It is a cliche but it is the old "Three Games" or he's out. I think not losing to Everton or Arsenal is an uphill task but possible and I would hope for at least 7 points from Reading, Stoke and Southampton. If we can't get near these teams then we don't deserve to stay up. All would be forgiven if we beat Man Utd though!!
IF your Granny Had Balls she'd be your Grandad. Lets wait and see, it could be Liverpool, last game of the season who knows.
If we don't win one of the next three; in fact if we only win one AND lose to Reading he will effectively be gone.
He'll be safe even if we lose to Everton and Arsenal. There'll be some excuse. There always is. If we play badly, we're up against a top side. If we play well, be patient the next win is around the corner.... The Reading game is make or break for me. Lose and the pressure will be unbearable. TF will have tough decisions to make. A win will buy some time but MH needs at least 3 wins by the end of the year, starting with reading.
I think if we get tonked by Everton badly that will be it. Reading Stoke and Saints are becoming must win games. TF will start to worry if there isn't some signs of a turnaround soon. A tonking vs Everton suggests things are going from bad to worse
Seriously if we cant beat Reading we are in big trouble. If we don't beat them i will open the door for MH on his way out. For me there is too much 'chopping and changing' with the team. I know we have injuries but we were losing before the players got injured? Getting fed up of reading how well the team are 'jelling' and how 'well we are playing'. We need to win and start by beating Everton. TF has made a big gamble in MH and needs to stick by his investment but if it means relegation i am sure he will 'unstick' himself from MH.
If we lose to Reading there should be a crowd with pitchforks and flaming torches outside LR. However, for better or worse we'll beat Everton on Saturday so everything will be put back to January unfortunately.
Should have been after that tacticallly shambolic display by the Management for the West Ham game. Will be can only TF answer. I have understood some on here saying TF will not fire Hughes until we are struggling in the Championship!
True but I was taking into account MH's rural Welsh background. Perhaps a placard with "**** off Hughes or the sheep gets it" ?
We need to have at least 10 points on the board by the end of the Southampton game or we will be as good as relegated regardless of what TF decides to do.
8 out of 15 would be a good return to be honest and not the minimum as you infer. I think we will get two wins and a draw from the next 5 games and would not be disappointed with that. I doubt we would still be bottom.
I disagree with that, Id want us to lose if it meant the scum lost the title or if it meant a bad manager going. The latter is clearly better in the long run and would get us more points over the season. Would you rather Hughes hanging on all season getting under a point per game or a world class manager coming in starting with 3 points less?
Cannot agree with this. No true QPR fan should ever want our team to lose. What you have is some sort of agenda against (Chelsea/Manager) that has nothing to do with fans travelling from all over the country to watch their team try and win. Sorry but wanting us to lose is not the way of supporting our club.
I would think if Hughes doesn't get at least 9 points from that fixture list he may well find his key no longer works at the loft.......
