Just in case anyone is interested, former reserve Mag Jeff Henderson won the League of Ireland championship with Sligo Rovers last weekend. He played for the first 54 minutes in a last gasp 3-2 home win over their nearest challengers, St Patrick's Athletic.
Good for him, always like to see former players do well, so long as don't hinder our own success. I'm looking at you Abdoulaye Faye!
Anyone know what Mark Doninger is upto? As with many on the Newcastle release list he had a brief spell with Blyth Spartans before heading to Ireland. Really liked him in the green and white, hope he's making a name for himself over there!
