Although i would have misgivings about it, i would have him back, maybe just maybe, he is starting to get some sense,

I honestly think Rog, he'll be thinking 'what a ****ing plum' about leaving.

He could end up at Liverpool, but then would he work in Rodgers system? Probs not in truth.

    That's actually very possible.

    I'd say that's what'll happen.

Does this mean we will see a £12million wedge in January then? That can only be a good thing!

If Ba goes in Jan I would seriously consider Bent as a short term replacenent.

    Erm?
Are we talking about the Bent who was getting left out of the Villa team as he was missing even more sitters than Harry's lass?
His luck was out and he couldn't fluke one of the numerous chances he was handed on a plate.
Dear Gods sake, if it wasn't for the goals he scored whilst here.
And we were going by just his Villa appearances and embarrassing misses, we would all be unanimous in saying no thanks.

I wouldn't have the **** back if he paid us.
He wasn't shagging miss Bruce when he was trying to inveigle another big pay day move not long after joining us.
The miss Bruce excuse doesn't wash.
He is a greedy ****er who used and abused us.

Fletcher is a much better footballer than Bent.
If we had had him instead of Bent back then he would have doubled Bents tally easily, as he wouldn't have missed the tap ins Bent did regularly,.

Once we get sorted in MF and are putting as many chances as we used to for Bent in front of Fletcher, Bent will just be a memory.
    FFS!
Bent needed dozens of chances to take one.

Apart from the above I'm on the fence. :p

Well obviously personal terms will have to be agreed but I'm gonna have a pop at this down the bookies.

Might be a nice little earner.

Bent isn't exactly in a position to overly demand & West Ham have flashed a few quid during the summer.
He's perfect for FSA, would fit right in.

    Watch this space.

    Not yet mate.

Somebody else mentioned QPR earlier, and it just makes sense, prepared to pay daft money & wages, London, he can spout ****e about the service from Hoilett & Taraabt, & Hughes 'awesome management style'.

    It's perfect Bent fodder.

    I'd go with that BB.
QPR are more likely to pay his "30 pieces of silver".

It looks like he isn't in Hodgson's plans for England.
He would be fifth choice at best.
