It is rumoured that Ryan Hall a winger playing for Southend and at present in dispute with his club his wanted by us .Blackpool tried to sign him but couldn,t agree terms this summer .So we have been linked to Boyd and Hall if hes as good as his namesake at Leeds RL he will do for me.Another Forward linked with us is Craig Davis of Barnsleylooked good scoring 4 goals at Brum recentlyand another cheapo as his contract expires next June

If you actually look at (footballer) Ryan Hall's record from last season though, 14 goals and the most assists in England, not bad.
We definately need someone who can change defence to counter attack. We seem to be able to soak up the pressure (as Barnsley game shows) but we need someone who can provide the incisive balls in the box now Roscoe is out. I hope with his assists record he would be just what we need! Well spotted Mike!
He's the kind of player I wanted us to get in all Summer. If he lives up to his clear potential this could be a great signing (that's assuming he's not snapped up by someone else in January!).

Simon, you're not consistent at all. Not only was Hall jailed for affray, he was also in possession of an offensive weapon - he's hardly a good role model for our younger players, and far worse than Diouf. Don't get me wrong, if Hall's good enough, sign him up, but how you can defend him and slate Diouf is beyond belief.
