    Alan Brazil just interviewed him.

Usual points covered with same answers as on twitter. However what comes across on the radio, as opposed to written media, is that the man seems genuinely relaxed and remains utterly committed to the success of QPR. He emphasised again he is not in for the short term but the long haul.

I found it reassuring listening to him.

He said all injuries will be back after international break except Fabio and AJ. Does anyone know what happened to Fabio? He will be important as part of the defence.

Feel slightly more hopeful after hearing that interview.

Excellent speech and great to know he will be sticking with Hughes ... So all the bollocks written on here is nothing but hot air. You stick with us as a fan base and bury your little ego devils and get with the program. You have opinions of course but they will be shown to be incorrect. If you think you have wasted your season tickets then give them back or sell them to people who want to go. Better still let it all go ... sulk off into the shadows and stew in your own misery. I stand proud and arrogantly as a QPR fan and your voices are worth nothing to this club.

Dave, you know I am in the pro TF camp on all this and always will be, and certainly don't want changing managers. But the inflammatory language on both sides is making this site a pretty depressing experience at the moment. Appealing to you to continue posting the story with your unique wit and intelligence but just tone it down a bit re the fickle, because you can do it. I hope some of the anti's can put in a similar effort.

DT2.....your patronising style of almost poetic dialect, is very odd.

You clearly look at the world in a bright light, glass half full manner and thats great....BUT being an arrogant so and so, to people who care massivley about this club is not needed.

This club as it stands is going through a rough patch, Hughes is performing awfully and we have had the worst start in many years.

People are bound to be negative towards him and the current situation....its natural and the boards are an expression of that emotion which is currently negative.

For a lot of people its hard to see any reform when we loose week after week and conceed goals in the first 10 minutes of play.

There are massive rays of sunshine beaming out of the dark cloud that is QPR and I believe we will be ok, purley because of some the quality players we have and not because Hughes has a sudden up turn in his ability in Managerial skills, that he has lacked for the last however many years.

But saying peoples voices/opinions are worth nothing to this club....but your oh-so-mighty optimistic voice clearly is, is a little wide of the mark old chap.

To quote from 'Queer as Folk', that's like saying that Hitler was a bit naughty; it's practically unreadable lately.

Sorry Sb73 taken a few slaps here by bullies from the shadows ... at one point in any story/plot of which i guess you know there are only 7 ... someone makes a stand .. If people on here don't know by now how i view life as a beautiful joke and hold a harmony to everything good about it then they will learn in time.

I ask just this ... Add up all the negatives, the insults, the anxiety , the fear, the post match rubbish etc etc ... how big would that bag be? ... against one angry but positive fan with hot gypsy blood pumping ... there are no shades of grey in life for me my friend. I am fighting a exposed dark force and to that i pose this ... If they have no alternatives and only focus on what is wrong in what world can that be right. Every action has a reaction which ever way you look at it

I known exactly what this club is going through and I strongly disagree with other's views. This a forum that i have watched sink, I am on it care nothing on what others think by that may i remind you how depressed everyone was... i know i read every thread for a month in France instead of a book. If you are in the TF camp good and I am here to fight Fire with fire .... Look back at the negative comments over a month say and analyse the language and tone of fans on here ... A digital fight as this is requires iMO a bit of what is called payback

Im 100% pro TF.......im not a negative person in the slightest.

I dont rate Hughes, but thats just a personal opinion of him as a manager....I dont want him sacked as that would just cause unrest...BUT I would, if I could change managers.

I did vote on the poll to sack him, but that was based on post game emotions as im sick of seeing QPR fall short, when we should be sitting midtable.

I dont deny that there are some shall we say "posters that think with their hearts and not with their heads", but all fans opinions matter...whether you believe them to be inline with your way of thinking or not.

At the end of the day, this is a forum for discussions and opinions in and around the running of QPR.....some people are stupidly negative and some people are niavley positive...it swings in round-abouts.

There isnt a battle to be had here.....and certainly not one that can be won by one man being patronising towards others.

Most men would rather die than have their opinions changed and I cant see that changing anytime soon.

For me, I like to take on board everyones ideolgies and meld that with my own way of thinking...I sometimes come on here so angry and upset over something QPR related and the rationlisation of others can sway me.

BUT dont go saying others voices arent valid or that they are "monsters in the shadows" as their voice is what makes for a good debate and what makes this forum good to read and participate in.

    Peace out :)

i think we are massively under acheiving and many mistakes have been made , his speech was great just what some will want to hear , but i just cant see any improvement , the main gripe i have is concedeing goals consistantly so early , so frustrating its almost as if the players just are not up for it at all , surely that falls at huges feet....??

so disapointing , am i alowed to to say that or am i just a moany prat and need to look at the positives .....

I am also taking a strong stance on here as we now go into a break. I cannot control or care what others think I too base my own feelings based on what i feel is right ...

I called for the head of NW well before most so by that I don't just see beauty and light ... this after the man had got us up to this league.

I do not agree that things get washed over ... People calling for the sack at this moment after this build are crazy and wrong to a point that i will challenge them digitally as i have. They offer no alternatives , no solutions and its a cheap shot ... and they will get one back from me ... what is wrong with that?

Their opinions are not helpful to this club, They can of course be published on here ... everyone's right but expect debate, comment and creativity ... i do and have done so consistently ... that won't change

OF course you can say .. it's understandable we only have 2 points. The amount of points we get over a season determines if we are allowed to remain in this league. The end of the season finishes in May 2013. Please publish who you want at our club as manager and who do you think he will sell and bring in in January (which is nearly of course to May)

With the greatest respect for Mr Tony Fernanadez, I would prefer he keeps his lips tightly sealed until he is able to announce MH and the Club have parted ways, and name our new Manager. Better he uses his time now to sort this out.

You do talk a load of twaddle at times Dave.
There has been thread after thread and post after post containing peoples' views on how Hughes could be doing things differently/better. Not everyone is calling for him to be sacked.........yet!! But a lot of us are commenting on his selections/tactics etc. If he starts to get these right, I believe things could start to turn around.
By all means give your opinions on why you think Hughes is the best man for the job and that you think he's doing things the right way.....but please don't right off the opinions of others just because they differ to the all knowing and seeing DT!

. Very good point the difference i feel is that with NW he fiddled with something that wasn't broken. My opinion was that he lost the changing room and was exposed for some terrible man management. We was under review by the new owners and they gave him a chance which sadly he didn't take We changed and it was announced a new ambitious vision for the club and a total rebuild. QPR at long last were going to become a proper modern football club and a brand would be generated from scratch ... That excited the hell out of me personally as i could see very quickly what was going to happen. ( i grow brands for a living ) O knew that would take a long of time and energy and in the end we will be unrecognisable from our old selves ... once that machine starts it won't stop and i looked at the powers driving it ... After just 7 games in which we have looked a promising new footballing side some fools on here want a complete change which will completely upset everything.
The team I know most agree on has massive potential so its just a case of believing that. I am sure that most negative posters on here who can't offer any constructive solution to back up their opinions will come to terms that they were just spouting hot air at the time ... exactly the same hot air i am writing but with a different viewpoint. ... They don't understand it or can't challenge it and end up just calling me arrogant which i am here because i am right ... yet again!!!
