Was everyone on the coach pissed? Rosie had a complete mare in the first half, though he was much better in the second and McShane was brave and made some good headed clearances, but he could easily have cost us the game. Trying to drag their man down when he couldn't keep up with him and standing watching the ball roll past his feet in front of the goal was absolutely pantomime.
no booze allowed on tiger coaches OLM. that is usualy reflected by their clientelle. Doris always sit on seat 32 on left hand side you know?
Thought McKenna did a good job organising everyone (shouting at every bastard) and stopping their midfield going through ours...even picking up a yellow for a few tasty tackles.
I thought that was a stupid yellow to pick up so early in the game, there's no need to go flying into people when there on the half way line. Though it wasn't quite as stupid as Aluko's.
Are there any coaches where booze is allowed? Anyone who organises there own or anything like that? One of the best things about following FC on awaydays is that you can get pissed up on the coaches, but with City I've never found one where you can...
It's always like that with McShane, his positioning is appalling and he always ends up having to put someone on the deck. Nothing to do with reputation, he's just gash.
Only watched the second half on TP. But I thought early Elmohady had some outstanding touches that let to some piercing attacking play, although he faded towards the end. For me McShane was a revelation, in the past I always winced when he go the ball since all he seemed to do when he got the ball was T it up in the air and boot it down field to one of the opposition. On Saturday he was stroking passes around out of the defense as though he had been for a months refresher course at Camp Nou.
