Hopefully they will keep JPP in reserve. Put Beaver on with Rendell I say. Have Strevens and Pittman on the bench. These boys know what they have to do, it's an important game and I've not been impressed with JPP as a starter. Finger's crossed its three points and we can open up a bit more of a gap on the Shrews.

Strevs was great against Crewe so it would be unfair to drop him, especially for someone who has been injured recently (Beavon or Pittman). I still want to see Mccoy starting but I don't think that will happen. Other than that, same team again I'd say.

I agree. Pitman on the bench. If we need goals, give him half an hour to make an impact. If they need goal(s) bring him on (against an exposed defence). That could finish them off.

Think a lot will depend on the Chesterfield result Friday night. If Chesterfield win then Bury HAVE to beat us to keep their title hopes alive. That could play into our hands on the counter attack. :)

Beavon and JPP both out of the Bury game, so it should be the same line up as Crewe. As said above, Strevs played well on Saturday and looked more like the player we saw earlier in the season. We'll also have young McClure on the bench, who to me looks like a player who just needs that first goal to really kick start him as a first team regular.
