I think there is some benefit to lowering prices for locals... You are not going to change someone who supports a particular club now... Most kids support the top team at the time I believe and is why teams like Liverpool, ManU etc have such big following (that's not a dig, just my opinion). If they can't get to go to games, when they are old enough and earn their own cash, they'll start going to the big games... But, if the prices were lower for their local clubs, then maybe their will be more parents able to take their children to local clubs - which after some time the children will grow affection for the club... I 've been taking some friends kids to see the Swans on and off since we were in the Championship, they are from England, and now they support the Swans... Like the post!
