    Maybe the contractor wants a bit extra for his dad. Or is only going to do 80% of the work and the rest you have to sort out with someone completely different.

    one of the contrators was a pompey fan and he got caught burying their home strip underneath the land that Unit A as due to be built upon.

    I did hear about a sour relationship in the Cortese household , Nicola was dishing out the family meal , his wife wanted two bacon and sausage but Nicola was only prepared to go to one bacon one sausage , both parties in the end for the sake of the kids settled on one bacon , one sausage and one fried egg..........

    How do you know who's fault it is tho?, simply blaming Cortese is easy. Anything could have gone wrong it could even be the Contractors wanting more cash.

    Well it could be one of many things.

    1 thing i'd take into account is the fact there builders, one would assume they are a large company.
    building firms are going out of buisness left right and center. be it small or large.

    so there could be an issue there. but who knows..
