There's no way anyone should be calling for Brucey's head yet at all. Sure we've had two crap performances in the last two games; but to me every team bar none has had one or two awful games. Blackburn at home to 'Boro, Birmingham at home to Barnsley, Blackpool at Cardiff, Leeds to us the list goes on. Don't see all of them other than Blackburn calling for their manager's head do you? After Nigel found out how to counter your formation everyone is just going to copy us. You need to be a bit more flexible and only use the 5-3-2 formation every so often to keep the opposition guessing

When you lose a game is it because people have 'found out' your 4-4-2? It's a load of bollocks all this 'found the system out' nonsense. Leicester beat us because they were better, nothing to do with systems. Peterborough took a battering but took the chances they had and we didn't, it happens. It's really nothing to do with systems. The stupid thing is that if we were playing 4-4-2 like you do, no one would blame the system. Why is it that just because we're playing an abnormal system, every time we lose it's the system's fault?
