    That'd make sense.
I'm just glad I moved out of student digs - our last landlady never gave 24 hours notice if she was coming in and we often awoke to building work going on & as she had extended to a five bed from a three bed just before we moved in (there was only 3 of us), she locked the two third floor bedrooms halfway through the year even though the joint tenancy agreement stated it was for the whole house (with the new rooms mentioned) and not just our bedrooms (one of my mates who lived with me had a mam who owned her own estate agency so we were tempted to take her to court at one point, but wasn't worth the hassle).
Also as I moved to this flat a few months before my tenancy was up and used the other house as storage to slowly move across, I'd left my bike secured there and she'd clearly had some builders remove it and then denied all knowledge of it being there. ****ing despicable woman, who also pretended to not understand English so well if there was a problem, despite being able to understand it very clearly a moment or two before you mentioned something.

sound like a good one <doh> better of going through an agent for rental as these seem to be less hassle on both sides

hopefully will be a thing of the past for me soon

He's served us well, stayed with us during all the ****e that was going on, helped us get promoted and helped us secure our premier league status. I will be sad that he's going as he's one of the best LB out there, but he wants to win trophies and it seems like that wont happen here at NUFC. Hopefully he doesn't end up at the bin dippers and signs with Bayern.

How much do you think we will fetch for him ? Between 12 - 15 million ?

For a 25 year old with only 2 seasons of decent football so far (and only one of them in the top flight) in the final 18 months of his contract, 12-15m is a lot of money! Having said that, with the potential he has shown, the players he has dominated and the natural strength and speed he has demonstrated, I'd be dissapointed with anything less!

^ I cant see us even getting 10mil for a player with just one year left on his contract to be honest.

Anything like 12-15m would be a great deal for a player with just one year left on his contract

If he was going to in summer I wouldnt expect any more than 8mil, we should just demand 15 or a good swap deal and really test their resolve, see if we can rob them again.

Cmon now guys, why all the negative thoughts?

I just need a bigger place in the country to keep my collection of 1980's coke bottles and Elvis collectables!!

I donny wanna move to Liverpool - i look rubbish in red and know that I'd have to eat my evening dinner from an alleyway skip along with that girl that used to hang around here in the No9 seat - what was her name again? jajajaja!!

    I'm forever NUFC!!

The question is, if he does leave do we play him to the end of the season or give Ferguson a couple of games at the end when we are mathematically safe? In the long run we'd be better playing Ferguson for a couple of matches as the experience would be invaluable. Then sign a new left back in sumemr and have Ferguson / Kadar as cover.

Looks like I'm going to have to start thinking of a name change.

No real surprise, just disappointment. the disappointment will be even more so if he ends up at Liverpool.

Dont do it Jose, give us an ounce of respect like we have given you over your career here, and leave the country.
