The way the season is panning out so far there is a definate pattern developing that if you get at the so called big clubs you can reap some rewards.
They are all conceeding (three so far for Manure today) which should give us a boost for out trip to City next weekend, City haven't kept a clean sheet so far this season and I hope we can benefit next week, we just need some of our other players to help Fletch out. Good result today. still unbeaten and unlike the big boys we are not shipping many goals, fingers crossed we can keep it going.

Your spot on, attack is the only option with these teams......they concede.

But i fear for a counter attacking system.....

I see your point but most of the teams that play in an attacking way at the big teams end up getting beat, I'd be happy with our counter-attacking style against City, it's better to draw 0-0 than lose 3-2 after all.

OK, if Joe Hart is the worst keeper in the league, who is the best?

City have deceloped the knack of grinding out wins though (which Utd seem to have lost this last 2 seasons) and that was evident again yesterday. I think we should go there without fear but total respect. We scared the ****e out of them last season and nearly cost them the title but they are the champions now and have become a 'lucky' team now as they score later and later through having great players in attacking postions and they can still afford to have the likes of Tevez and Balotelli on the bench at times which is incredible.

If we take anything form next weeks game and stay unbeaten, considering we will have played Arsenal and City away and Liverpool at home in the first 6 games, I think our season will be hailed as major success personally. A defeat and we will just move on with a very credible start to the Season.

Nothing to lose and everthing to gain would be my team talk next weekend.
