Party: A mate of mine has espresso (= Lavazza) in the morning (about 2 pints!) and then NO coffee after mid-day....or else he don't sleep. I'm getting the same way now.

Otherwise - tea (Darjeeling/Ceylon/'English Breakfast') with a slice of lemon (= no milk; no sugar!)

Both crap. I have absolutely no idea why anyone drinks either of them.

Tea: PG tips, milk, no sugar.

Coffee: at work instant Dowe Egberts, at home decaf unless it's Sunday morning and then it's freshly ground in the cafetiere with the huge breakfast.

A homemade version of sausage egg mcmuffins this morning with plastic cheese.

Used to love a full cup of espresso in the morning, but have to admit it did have an affect on me later on in the day, so just gone back to the standard Black coffee two or three times a day.

Shamefully, Proud is in a slight mood today. Don't take any notice of him, and I am not a young lad
