WBA (a), Everton (h) and Arsenal (a) are the next 3 games after Wet Spam - would be happy with 4 points from these 4 games.
I think a point out of those 3 to be more realistic. Everton are on a roll, WBA are in fine form and arsenal aren't exactly poor! 3 points has to be taken from the hammers or I think Hughes is on a very slippery slope

defence is going to be a bit of a worry for a while with our injuries but the midfield is looking good so I am sure we will be fine

The only panic I would guess there is, is probably when MH is trying to get to sleep at night. I'm quite sure he wants to win every game just as we all do. However we haven't and looking at that league table makes me physically unwell.
We were always going bottom if Reading took something from the Newcastle game. This early in the season the table is meaningless, teams have played drastically different quality of opposition. Tottenham look good Vs Utd anyway! Makes last weeks performance even more impressive
Disagree Grif, if we fail to beat west ham then that's 6 games gone, heading towards 1/6th of the season already. Truthfully now did you expect us to be bottom after 5 games? I certainly didn't
