No, but you're implying we're not allowing you to talk, you can talk about this case but I don't see the point in comparing it to Suarez/Evra when it's only going to cause arguments
According to the BBC: "Terry will have 14 days from receiving the written reasons to decide whether to lodge an appeal. The ban and fine will not come into effect until after the centre-half has decided what to do." Spurs, Man Utd, Swansea and Liverpool, I think.
I suppose the concepts of 'beyond reasonable doubt' and 'balance of probabilities' are lost on you then, eh? What about the CPS completely failing to prosecute Suarez because there was no chance of obtaining a conviction based on the evidence available? You should have known the verdict the moment the FA deceided to charge JT. The FA is never wrong on these things, according to their panels. As far as I'm aware, they've brought several hundred charges against various players over the years and only two have resulted in 'not guilty' verdicts.
1) Terry was found not guilty in a court of law because the magistrate said that he could not prove the intention behind John Terry using the FBC term. 2) The magistrate also said he found John Terry's explanation "improbable". 3) John Terry has admitted using the term FBC...his defence is that he said "Who are you accusing of calling you a FBC?" while being angry. 4) This defence is what the magistrate said was "improbable" but possible and therefore constituted reasonable doubt and led to him being found not guilty. 5) The FA found John Terry guilty of using the term FBC. I don't understand why Terry is seen as a victim here. Ferdinand is reported to have said "Terry called me a FBC"....most people would respond to this allegation by saying "No I didn't" if they were shocked or "What the **** you on about?" or "**** off did I" or "you lying ****" if angry...all of which are reasonable and understandable. It is neither understandable nor reasonable to respond with "who the **** are you accusing of calling you a FBC?" ... it at best is open to a serious misunderstanding. He has not been accused of being a racist - he has been accused of using racist language. The FA are using a different burden of proof to the law just like employers use EVERY DAY of the year against staff who similarly behave in an inappropriate way in work.
Accept the ban and MOVE ON !! as i dont think he'll get anywhere with an appeal, I reckon he could do with a bit of time out any way what with his niggling hat rack problem.
Give it a rest eh, your just screaming for an argument !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sling ya hook back to yer dippers board
Must congratulate the FA after doing what the idiots should have done by the courts. Good riddance to chavie rubbish
