Yep it's a good draw. Would have preferred an away draw where we could take 5000 plus fans to a ground... When was the last time we got an away draw in the FA Cup or League Cup not including Birmingham away in the replay?

I think it's fair to say they'll be weakening their squad and with the injuries permitting we have a good chance. With City and United out the cup that opens up the competition completely. This is a cup we should be looking to win.

No clue mate, Birmingham doesn't count in my book as it's not originally an away draw. Preston away maybe? Or Coventry?

We can beat them but we know we'll have to score at least 3 to counter the soft penalties they get!!

Should be interesting to see how they link up. They're both prolific in their own right :(

It will be interesting if you lot play your kids, as you can bet SAF will play the kids again.

I didn't hear what your team was but didn't Fletcher, Rooney and Cleverly all play?? (all internationals - so hardly kids).

Were the rest youth players then? Can't see Fergie playing just kids at SB. Our team will be a mix of first team, youth and benchers.

Must be nice to be able to give your £20mill backup keeper a run out in the League Cup ;)

Just seen the team. Baring the defence, that could have been a first team. De Gea, Anderson, Fletcher, Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck and Cleverly are all internationals.

Playing the kids means playing players who spend most of the time playing for youth or reserve sides.
