Bigi seems to have settled in well so far and I'm seeing him as a real snip at just £1m.

It's been a while since we've seen a player step up with ease into the first team set up.

Ok- Tiote being injured has helped but I see Bigi making at least the bench for quite a few PL games this season, a fantastic achievement at such a tender age.

As he is still a teenager there's massive improvement potential too.

If Tiote isn't 100% still I would love to see Bigi start Saturday, he's earned it.

Playing them both would work well, though it probably means we need to leave out one of the Demba's.

If they play as double DM's then the front 4 (probably a 3 - 1) can press forward knowing that the back door is being looked after. Playing Jonas, Cabaye and HBA just behind a Demba would provide a good scoring threat and a solid defensive formation. It would also allow us to rotate our strike force, which I think we will need to do if we ar to get through the season with two starting strikers and Shola (that's not a dig at Shola - - I am a big fan but he is not a starting PL striker, or at least not often)

The best of our younger fringe players and great potential. A definite first team player in the future imo, seems to have great confidence.

Have to agree that Bigi is a real find and will be a regular before too long. For such a tender age he plays with maturity and commitment and isn't as wild as Tiote in his challenges.
I am also immensely impressed by young Ferguson. Great attitude, pace and excellent crosser, Put him in at left back with Santon switching to the right.

Agree that both are great prospects. I'm still going for Abeid to be the youngster who progresses to be one of the greats of the game. (No idea if I'm right, but it is my chance to say: I called it first)

Ferguson did really well...But I wanted him to attack more, there were times he didn't want to attack more and I thought he was the best option for us, instead of a square pass to Marveaux who would pass it to Gosling who would undoubtedly send it to the other touchline for a opposing throw.

Bigi seems a good find, he needs to bulk out to be a great DM but he seems to have bags of potential.

Young Fergy looks like a good player also. I like the setup we have at the moment they only two players I have concerns with are Gosling and Obertan.

Golsing just seems to lack quality albeit he works hard. But if we are to really keep challenging for the top 6 each year he is not the future.

Fergy looks like a good player and can only develop with time. He is bulking up and has an end product.... AN END PRODUCT which leads me on to....

OBERTAN - for all his pace and skill on the ball when it comes to the most important part,.... the final ball... it is just not there. When he is interested he looks a good player on the ball but the problem is he never has either a cross or a shot in the locker. When he does shoot its flat and at the keeper.

I'd like to see Obertan in more of a restricted role next to a striker. He's got a lot of pace and can usually get past players, and if all he had to do was make a simple pass to another player to tap it in then I think he could be quite useful.

Agree with this. If we could get him running of the shoulder of a defender, no one is going to be catching him. His shooting's not that bad from what I've seen, just can't put a ball in the box.

I like Gosling and want him to get a run of 1st team football (would i put him in over any of our starters? NO) but I am definatley starting to think along these lines

This could be an idea. (anything has to be better than what hes currently doing)

I hope to one day see -

    Ba------Cisse-------Ben Arfa

    --------Cabaye-----------

    ---Bigi---------Tiote-------

    Santon--Colo--Saylor---Debuchy

    -----------Krul--------------

I would most definitely jizz if I saw that line up in real life.

Tiote the berserker, annihilating the opposition. His distribution is usually good, maybe a tad inconsistent, but he pulls off some great passes with great technique sometimes.

Bigi won't be as much of a beast, but I think eventually his distribution of the ball will be excellent, better than Tiote's, and his tackling and defending great.

    Cheick and Mini-Cheick ftw.

May be far too early to judge but he looks a lot better on the ball than Tiote is. Sprays the ball around for fun.

    No Perchinho? <yikes>

Imagaine that, Tiote, Bigi + Perch together - teams would literally run away before the kick-off.
