Not that i am interested enough to buy a pie and/or a pint at a football match, but does anyone know how much that would normally be?
Don't know about price of the pie but according to the Football Ground Guide, the pint usually costs £3.20
Here's one from last year: http://www.saintmirren.net/pages/?p=6454 £5 now as an offer would seem good, i.e. buying at the same time.
I thought a pint was normally about £3.80 this season? I've not had a pie but aren't they about £3 too?
is the offer sponsored by the club or the catering franchise? i am really surprised that we havent seen a full page feature in the Hull Daily Mail about it though, following on from the hard-hitting 'queues at turnstiles' expose recently
The usual price when bought together is £6 I think which is a little bit cheaper than buying seperately - can't remember the original prices.
http://www.hullcityafc.net//news/article/pie-offer-pboro-392162.aspx?pageView=full Doesn't mention that the saving is. Either way I'm not interested , can't stand the pies.
The hot dogs at Leicester were superb. Clearly they have better pigeons here than in Hull. Have we started selling Balti Pies at the KC yet?
Pints are £3.80 and pies £3.20. But who is still gonna pay £5 for the two. Last year they had them on offer at £3.50 the two. SMC need to set their prices to realistic ones. Go in town centre and get a pint for £1.99 at weatherspoons....or a meal for two at £6.49. Even the average price of a pint throughout the whole of Hull must be about £2.70- £2.80!
Thats an excellent idea, give Wevvers the franchise. There'll be drunkards wandering the concourse from 9 in a morning till 12 at night. Make the club a fortune that would.
£3.80 a pints bad enough but when you got to to que at half time for around 1/4 of an hour thats the killer. I now just take a hip flask
