Apologies for saying, but that draw is a massive anti-climax. YAWN! At least we're at home I suppose...
Yea but I get where Prolific is coming from. Its not a big team and its not one we'd expect to beat either. I doubt it'll be on tv as well
Southampton are a big club with prem facilities and a high class youth system. Luckily they are struggling in their first season bk. They play spurs a few days later so will rest many players! We are at home against a team with no premiership depth and will (on paper pose no real threat!) best draw of the lot.
Right lads, last few years we've had some big cup games and lost all of them except 1, I'm sure you all remember it . But this year I'm happy for us to get more winnable (slightly) ties. WEMBLEY WEMBLEY....
I think it is a great draw, we are at home, although the possible underdogs it is winnable and if we do win then we shall have beaten two premiership teams and be two wins away from Wembley - Okay I don't believe it will happen but as we showed against Everton - Turn up at Elland Road and expect an easy passage to the next round you are wrong. It is a long trip for Southampton and they are the wrong end of the table, if they send out their best team I will be amazed. We could always sneak Ellandback in and get him to pop something in their tea before they leave
Just to explain to those who don't live in Hampshire, Bucks is talking Hampshire English here, where "loads of fans" means "more than three" not Leeds English where it means "too many to count". Does not set my heart racing either Bucks. Hope we win, until we get a serious promotion charge going, a cup run would be interesting.
A good explaination! Whilst the fan base is split down here due to it being an Army town saints probably just edge it in terms of fans. The usual suspects are of course up there (manure, Arsenal, Liverpool) and a sprinkling of Pompey fans. Leeds dont do too bad in terms of numbers down here, it must be said
The 'I'm live' part though, even I havent got a clue what I was on about there! please log in to view this image
