    Exactly!!! Can anyone keep count of the amount of times this lad has been in trouble???

    There must be a way to sack him off, no one will come in to buy him and even if they did I have a feeling he would be happiers to sit around in the shadows here and pick up wages that no one else would offer him!

    He's absolutely no use to us whatsoever, it's galling that he's still being paid a wage, there's something radically wrong with this kid, it's beyond his wanna be gangsta image.
    I'm now wondering if it's some sort of substance abuse, whether it be alcohol or something else, he's a nutter!:mad:
