I would think fergie will pick valencia over nani tomorrow due to his strength and teamplay, compared to the lack of defensive awareness and poor decision making of nani in such a difficult game against an organised german team!!

If he doesn't will you cry? To be honest Valencia should start above Nani in this game as Nani's out of gas and has lost form for many reasons. Valencia is fresher and looking good so obviously he will get picked. Park, Valencia and Giggs, Carrick will all start for us in this game in midfield and that is pretty obvious. I also hope that Rafael starts as he gives us so much more than Oshea. Vidic and Rio and Evra will of course start. Hernandez and Rooney will also start as Berbatov has left Utd.

Line up I hope will be:
    .........Javier Rooney
    Park Giggs Carrick Valencia
    Evra...Vidic......Rio....Rafa
    ................VDS

    1. That first line was completely unnecessary
    2. Berbatov has not left Utd

I am a big fan of Valencia and reckon he warrants a start after his performance V Everton

I would say Valencia over Nani, then Nani on later in the second half

    Berbatov has left Utd.
He went to the pub :)

I agree with Valencia over Nani. That's pretty much the same line up that outplayed the Chavs in both QF legs, so it stands to reason we'll use it again.

And down the pub? Is that how he strained his groin? Maybe he got lucky... <ok>

I'd start Valencia vs Schalke and Nani vs Arsenal. Valencia's defensive abilities and more direct style will suit playing the Germans, and Nani always seems to do well against Arsenal so it might be the perfect game for him to rediscover his form and confidence.
