Chopra and Taylor are both out injured so who's going to step up and score the goals? Scotland and Murray are the only alternatives as far as I can see! http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich...ul_jewell_faces_double_striker_blow_1_1525150
Ellington could actually give us a bit of a presence up front. I don't expect him to score but if he at least causes the defence problems that could be enough to help someone else score.
I'd hope murray's given a run out, Reports from preseason were good, when better to give him his chance. Loach Edwards Higginbotham Chambers Cresswell Hyam Luongo JET Murphy Murray in a 4221
We have plenty of options up front. Even with them out (and I think Chopra is a blessing in disguise) we have Scotland, Murphy, JET, Martin, Ellington and Murray who can play there. May not all be of the quality we want but its hardly a lack of options.
Holmes, I assume you have put JET into your starting line up as you only have nine outfield players + Mr Anonymous
I imagine Scotland will play up front with Martin playing just behind him. I would quite like to see JET playing just behind the striker, if he is in the centre of the game and gets the ball a lot I can see him enjoying himself a lot more and hopefully we will see more of an impact from him. I'm sure he would keep the opposition defenders busy because of his long shots I think he and Chops could work quite well together.
